Paint Shop

BEL Valves has over 50 years’ painting experience serving clients within the oil and gas sector. Our paint shop offers painting and finishing services for a range of components including; valves, actuators, industrial bearings, fabricated structures and hydrualic pumps and motors.

The paint shop has an integral blast booth and all masking, blasting, coating and inspection carried out in accordance with NACE Level 3. The facility comprises with local exhaust ventilation (LEV) to control airborne contaminants.

Not only can we paint your product, we can transport, ship and store it at our facility.

■ 600 ft squared enclosed spray booth
■ 1,000 ft squared infrared oven with racking system
■ 4,000 ft squared blast booth with self-loading hopper
■ Equipped to apply isocyanate and norsok paint systems
