What is a control panel?

A control panel sends signals to the actuators to change the position of a valve in response to flow changes.

Controls are part of the instrumentation system that monitors and responds to variations in the control processes. A controller is a device that receives an input from another part of the implementation system and then sends out a corrective signal to amend variables such as pressure, temperature and flow.
