As Marketing Coordinator, you will play an important role in supporting the development and delivery of marketing and communication activities that promote CMP's brand, products, and initiatives. This is a hands-on, varied role that includes content creation, social media, PR coordination, campaign support, events, and more. You'll work closely with the wider marketing team and collaborate with colleagues across sales, product, and operations. You'll also liaise with external agencies and suppliers to help ensure all communications are delivered to a high standard and aligned with CMP's brand. Strong writing and organisational skills are key, as you will be creating content across channels and helping keep marketing activity on track. What you'll be doing: - Support the delivery of marketing campaigns across digital, print, email, and social channels. - Write and edit content for a range of platforms, including blog posts, brochures, social media, emails, case studies, and internal communications. - Plan, create, and schedule content for social media using HubSpot, ensuring timely and consistent output. - Assist in the creation, scheduling, and performance tracking of email campaigns using marketing automation tools. - Coordinate PR activities and media outreach in collaboration with our external PR agency, including press releases and editorial opportunities. - Assist in the creation of marketing materials such as sample boards, product collateral, and exhibition assets. - Help manage website content and updates, ensuring accuracy and consistency. - Track and report on key marketing metrics such as campaign engagement, reach, and web performance. - Liaise with suppliers and agencies to support delivery of campaigns and content. - Support the coordination of exhibitions and external events, from planning through to promotion and follow-up. - Ensure all communications are aligned with CMP's tone of voice, branding, and quality standards. We ask that you are a marketing professional with experience in marketing communications and content creation. You'll have strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills. Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud is highly desirable, along with a good working knowledge of social media platforms, CMS tools, and SEO principles. You will bring a keen attention to detail, a creative and solutions-focused approach, and a clear understanding of brand consistency across digital and print channels. Strong organisational skills are essential, as is the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills are important, as you&©ll be working closely with both internal teams and external partners. We are looking for a Cleaning Operative within our facilities at Cramlington. The role has the primary function to undertake general cleaning responsibilities to the prescribed standards within the office and shop floor areas of a manufacturing environment. What you'll be doing - Clean interior surfaces, furnishings, fixtures and fittings - Clean floors and hoover floor coverings - Maintain the internal office environment - Maintain toilet areas; clean all toilet appliances i.e. toilets, sinks etc and replenish customer supplies i.e. hand towels, toilet rolls - Maintain kitchen / canteen areas; clean surfaces and equipment i.e. sinks, microwaves etc - Clear and remove rubbish and other items from areas and ensure the security of all areas at completion of responsibilities - Control the usage of materials ensuring the cleaning cupboard is kept tidy at all times - Ensure all equipment is kept clean, well maintained and in a safe working order - Understand all cleaning equipment, materials and approved chemicals used within the premises - Report any problems so they may be rectified immediately - Undertake any other reasonable responsibilities/request with this position - To work in a safe manner; driving positive behaviour and leading by example with regard to the company&©s health, safety and environmental policies Who we're looking for To apply you will have a minimum of one year&©s experience within a similar role with a good knowledge of the importance of complying with Health and Safety standards in a work environment. As a Production Supervisor you will manage the machine shop to maximise output for both SG Transmission and Geofire products with a key focus on proactively driving and implementing continuous improvement in a precision engineering manufacturing environment. We are looking for someone who is a strong leader, results orientated, with ability to plan and deliver against production deadlines. We are looking for a CNC Setter Operator with predominately turning experience to join our site in Cramlington. You will be required to set and operate CNC Machines to produce a range of components from a variety of raw materials including brass, stainless steel and aluminium, ensuring all components conform to the engineering drawings. What you'll be doing - Ensure that all processes are completed in accordance with all applicable Risk Assessments and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) - Perform any setting / operating duties as requested on or within target times - Read and edit existing CNC programmes to ensure quality and output is optimised - Monitor tooling for wear, adjust offsets or replace where necessary - Use a variety of measuring equipment ensure all inspection requirements are completed in line with Control Plan instructions - Identify and report non-conforming components ensuring the relevant SOP is followed - Accurately complete all system transactions related to your job role - Maintain and promote a high standard of housekeeping at all times - Perform any pre-shift and maintenance checks as dictated by the plant and equipment you are operating Who we're looking for To apply, you must have experience of setting and programming one of the following Fanuc or Mori Seiki control systems, have knowledge of working to tight tolerances, understand technical drawings and the ability to use a wide range of measuring equipment.
