As Import Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and controlling the end-to-end import process, ensuring the timely, compliant, and cost-effective movement of goods into the business. You will act as a key point of contact for suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal stakeholders, supporting operational efficiency and maintaining high levels of service. The aim of the role is to maximise operational efficiency and supplier performance by ensuring inbound shipments are delivered on time, fully compliant with import regulations, and supported by a proactive, detail-focused, and solutions-driven approach. Key result areas include ensuring import compliance, minimising inbound freight and duty costs, maintaining accurate documentation, and providing analysis to support continuous improvement within the shipping and logistics function.

The Machining Centre Operative plays a key role in delivering high-quality components through the operation of large CNC machine tools. As a Design Technician, you will support the design team in the day-to-day running of the office, including design work on current products, providing technical support to external sales staff and taking ownership of the company New Engineering Request (NER) process. After training, you will be responsible for dealing with new internal product requests, product bill of material (BOM) changes, system development projects and assisting in answering technical queries, including creating customer drawings.
